Which Claude plan should we start on?

Most small and mid-sized organisations start on the Team plan for central billing, admin controls and business data terms. We'll confirm the right fit for your size and needs before setup.

Can Claude work with our files and apps?

Yes. Connectors let Claude read from, and where you allow it act in, apps such as Outlook, SharePoint, Google Drive and many business systems. We set them up with the least access needed.

What happens after setup?

You can run it yourselves with the documentation we leave, or add Claude to your managed service so we look after users, connectors, updates and support.
