Business voice

Your phone system, inside Teams.

Your team already chats and meets in Microsoft Teams, so why run a separate phone system? We set up Teams Phone with Australian numbers, call queues and auto attendants, move your existing numbers across, and support it alongside the rest of your Microsoft 365, so calls work from the office, at home or on a mobile.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

In most cases, yes. We port your numbers to the new service and schedule the cut-over to keep disruption to a minimum.

Do we need new handsets?

Not necessarily. Many staff simply use the Teams app on their laptop or mobile. Where desk phones or meeting-room devices make sense, we'll recommend Teams-certified models.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Calls can be set to divert to mobiles, and a backup internet link keeps Teams working in the office. We design for this from the start.
