Connectors & MCP

Connect Claude to the systems you run on.

Claude is far more useful when it can see your real data and take approved actions in your real systems. Using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard Claude uses to connect to tools, we set up off-the-shelf connectors and build secure custom ones for your line-of-business apps, databases and internal APIs.

What's included

Claude Connectors & MCP

  • Off-the-shelf connectors

Existing connectors for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting, CRM and more, configured with the least access needed.

  • Custom MCP servers

Secure connectors built for your practice management, ERP or in-house systems where none exist.

  • Identity and permissions

Connections that sign in as each user, so Claude only sees what that person is allowed to.

  • Read before write

Read-only access first, with write actions added deliberately and protected by approval prompts.

  • Secrets handled safely

API keys and credentials kept in a vault, never in prompts, documents or shared files.

  • Hosting and monitoring

Custom connectors hosted, patched and monitored like any other business system.

The outcome

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic, that lets AI apps like Claude connect to tools and data. A connector built once can be used across Claude's apps, Claude Code and other MCP-compatible tools.

Are third-party connectors safe?

Some are better than others. We review who publishes a connector, what data it can reach and what actions it can take before enabling it, the same way we'd vet any other app.

Can Claude change data in our systems?

Only if you let it. We start with read-only access and add actions one at a time, with Claude asking for approval before it makes changes.

AI readiness

Find out where AI will actually help.

In a short readiness review we look at your work, your data and your Microsoft 365 setup, then give you a practical, costed plan for using Claude safely, in plain English.
